I was searching for flip tutorials on youtube when I stumbled across something very dazzling. Im a huge volleyball fan but this is something better. It is the combination of both volleyball and soccer. It's called Sepak Takraw. It is a Thai sport.
The most captivating part of this is the "Roll Spike". Hell I want to be able to do that successfully.
