American shows are a disappointment

I seriously hate American created shows with a passion. These people always cancel good shows to make way for more profitable shows. Just because a well written show attracts more adult audiences and sell less toys, they axe it. The number one determinant of whether or not a show gets renewed is the amount of toys they can sell.

Young Justice:

Seasons 1-2 were constantly getting fucked over by the producers throughout the time span of two years. The series finale ended this year. I was really impressed by the script and cast of the show because it was linear and the plot was captivating. Every episode had a point and built story progression. The show ended with a cliffhanger--the type you would get to set up a potential third season if it was to be renewed. Too bad DC Nation on Cartoon Network decided to kill the show for...

Teen Titans Go!

I don't even want to watch this shit. This is clearly aimed at for 5 year olds and looks like they spent less than 10 minutes to make this. Just compare the quality between YJ and TTG. I get what they were trying to do, make the show funny, silly, more likable to kids. But by doing so it also pissed off a ton of mature audiences as well because this show is gutter trash. It looks like the same guy who made Jimmy Neutron, another unfunny show, made this thing. Like I said before, I'm not even going to watch this. I heard they sell a lot of toys from this though.

Transformers Prime

After an amazing season 1 and 2, season 3 got shafted by producers. Season 3 was called "Beast Hunters" and was largely misleading. I thought the entire season was going to be about introducing more primal decepticons but... nope. This season was only 13 episodes long and there were a ton of plot holes. For example, they showed this scene with Arachnid creating zombies. WTF happened to that? They also *spoilers* killed Megatron in episode 13. It was the worst possible ending. He doesn't even put up a fight. He just got snuck up on and died. What the fuck. Another great show with good plot, only to be butchered with 13 episodes and show writers had to wrap it up with some bullshit.
