This series is seriously a slap in the face. I thought it would be a cute romance series but damn I was fucking wrong. The story began very nicely but the ending is fucking demented.
I dont recommend watching it because its really fucked up.
However, it is a good storyline, even though its seriously fucked up.
With that being said, watch it at your own caution. I wont spoil the ending for you guys if you decide to watch it.
One word: "epic." School Days TV is the anime series that is going to be talked about for years to come. This is anime history being made right here and now. What had many people believing this would be a touching romantic story has turned into a heavily emotional drama that not only has affected the characters, but the audience as well. With the final episode having been threatened by network censors after a stunning real-life event in Japan, anime fans across the world waited with bated breath to witness what would be the final moments in the most gripping story to come out of Japan this side of the millennium. These are School Days.
OVERALL: 97/100... there is a strong message to be delivered through this anime. People who are afraid of life getting too real should be the ones to sit down and pay attention to what's trying to be said in this story. For anyone who's ever said "that can never happen to me" or "I'm not like that" or even to those who go through life doing whatever they please without considering how their actions affect others, this anime was made for you. Never before have I witnessed such a powerful reaction from a fanbase in regards to the fate of a story and the characters involved. I, for one, am satisfied with the results and the justice that may or may not have been served. A tragic ending for all involved which evokes strong emotions from anyone willing to bare witness. No cheesy cop-outs or save-endings in order to fill the viewer with a sense of "everything will be alright in the end." Nope, sorry, this is reality. Reality has consequences.
stolen from some anime review =P
